本機(jī)組是我廠在借鑒國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上研究開發(fā)的新產(chǎn)品，它集多功能提取、真空濃縮與溶劑回收為一體，簡化了操作程序。同時由于整個提取濃縮、與回收是在封閉的流路中進(jìn)行。

因而避免了“跑”、“冒”、“漏”等現(xiàn)象，藥渣可采用電動提升出料，改善工作壞境，降低了能耗。機(jī)組與物料接觸部份全部采用不銹鋼制造，符合GMP要求。適用于醫(yī)院、藥廠、食品行業(yè)對中草藥液、果汁等物質(zhì)的提取、濃縮以及有機(jī)溶媒的回收。

The unit is the new product researched and developed by our factory on the basis of referring to the same products from home and abroad. It integrates multifunctional extraction, vacuum con-centration and solvent recycling and simplifies the operation procedure. At the same time, the extraction, concentration and recycling are carried out in a sealed flow circuit.

Therefore, it has avoided the occurrence of "Running" "Protruding" and "Leaking", and the medicine residue can adopt electric lifting to output the material, which can improve the working environment and reduce the energy consumption. The parts of the unit that contact materials are all made of stainless steel, which is in accordance with GMP standard. It is applicable for the extraction, concentration of Chinese herbal medicine and fruit in hospital, medicine factory and food industry, as well as the recycling of organic solvent.

本裝置適用于制藥、食品、輕工、化工等行業(yè)的酒精回收，以利于降低生產(chǎn)成本，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，本裝置可將30°-70°的稀酒精蒸餾到90°-95°，成品酒精度要求高，可加大回流比，但相應(yīng)成品產(chǎn)量降低，殘液排放含醇≤3%，本裝置采用高效不銹鋼波紋填料，凡接觸酒精部位，如塔體、冷凝器、穩(wěn)壓罐、冷卻蛇管等均采用SUS304用不銹鋼，以確保成品酒精不被污染，塔釜采用可拆式U型管加熱，便于對加熱外壁及蒸餾釜內(nèi)壁進(jìn)行清洗。

SUMMARY

This device is suitable for recovery of alcohol in the fields as pharmaceutical, food, light and chemical industry etc., which can benefit to reduce production costs and increase economic benefits. This device can distil 30°-70°thin alcohol to 90°-95°. The alcohol degree of the finished product is high. It can increase reflux ratio, but finished output will be lowered correspondingly. Alcohol content of the remains is ≤3%. This device adopts high-efficiency stainless steel ripple packing. The parts that are in touch with alcohol, such as tower body, condenser, tank, cooling pipe etc., adopt SUS304 stainless steel, to prevent finished alcohol against pollution. The tower still adopts removable U-shaped pipe to heat, easy to clean the heating outer wall and the inner wall of the still.
