本設(shè)備適應(yīng)用于中藥、西藥、葡萄糖、淀粉糖、口服液、化工、食品、味精、乳品等物料濃縮與工業(yè)有機(jī)溶劑（如酒精）的回收，適用于批量小、品種多的熱敏性物料的低溫真空濃縮。

The equipment is applicable for the concentration and recovery of industrial organic solvent (Such as alcohol) of traditional chinese medicine, Western medicine, glucose, starch sugar, oral liquid, chemical industry, food, monosodium glutamate and dairy products. lt can be used in the low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive substances with small batches and large varieties.

1. 酒精回收：回收能力大，采用真空濃縮流程。比老型同類設(shè)備提高了5-10倍，降低能耗30%，具有投資小，回收效益高的特點(diǎn)。

2. 濃縮液料：本設(shè)備采用外加熱自然型循環(huán)式與真空負(fù)壓蒸發(fā)方式，蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比重可達(dá)1.3；液料在全密封狀態(tài)無泡沫濃縮，本設(shè)備濃縮出來的藥液，具有無污染，藥味濃的特點(diǎn)，而且清洗方便（打開加熱器的上下蓋即可進(jìn)行清洗）本設(shè)備操作簡(jiǎn)單，占地面積小。加熱器，蒸發(fā)器采用不銹鋼保溫結(jié)構(gòu)，保溫采用聚胺脂發(fā)泡，外表面磨砂亞光處理，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

The device is easy to handle and it needs a little foundation area for installation. The heater and evaporator use stainless steel for thermal purpose.The polyurethane is used as the thermal material. The surface is treated with sand grinding and surface polishing, meeting with the GMP standard.
