SJM降膜蒸發(fā)濃縮器系列

SJM SERIES THREE EFFECT FALLING-FILM CONTINUOUS FEEDING CONCENTRATOR

本公司廣泛結(jié)合進口濃縮設(shè)備與其它行業(yè)濃縮設(shè)備所長，并結(jié)合物料的特性，設(shè)計與開發(fā)出系列SJM型三效(雙效、單效)降膜連續(xù)進料濃縮器。該設(shè)備的特點如下：

1. 連續(xù)進料與出料，系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定，操作方便。本系列設(shè)備在工作時，僅需在進料初期按要求調(diào)節(jié)好各項參數(shù)，同時保證物料連續(xù)穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)，調(diào)節(jié)方便，可連續(xù)穩(wěn)定高效進行濃縮并達到合格的比重要求并可同時回收溶媒。

2. 濃縮比重大(可達1.25-1.28)，熱效率高，節(jié)能效果顯著。在本系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)上，我們采用優(yōu)化的設(shè)計方案，使蒸發(fā)傳熱系數(shù)達3400-3800w(m2·K)，這對物料的濃縮是非常適合與有利的，主要原因是物料在加熱管中成膜狀快速流動，同時加熱溫度差較小(僅為8-10℃)，蒸發(fā)溫度低，物料在進入蒸發(fā)器后能形成快速閃蒸，物料在加熱管中的停留與受熱時間短，對物料的粘度適應(yīng)范圍廣(50-500cp),受熱均勻不易結(jié)晶析出與結(jié)焦，對有效成份的破壞量小，熱能利用充分，節(jié)能效果顯著。

3. 便于采用先進的控制方法。由于SJM系列濃縮的流程主要以各效的溫度為控制參數(shù)，系統(tǒng)運行時各參數(shù)穩(wěn)定，便于采用先進的自動控制(PLC與人機界面控制)，而且控制裝備成本相對較低，對于生產(chǎn)實現(xiàn)全自動控制有較大的便利。

4. 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計先進、合理。在結(jié)構(gòu)上，我們采用優(yōu)化的設(shè)計方案，對進料時的料液分布與在管內(nèi)的流動我們采用先進的液體分布裝置，使物料能均勻地進入各加熱管，同時，選用優(yōu)質(zhì)進口的內(nèi)壁鏡面管作加熱管，使物料在管內(nèi)的流動阻力小、速度快，不易析出結(jié)垢。為提高濃縮的收率，系統(tǒng)裝備先進的霧沫捕集器，消除霧沫夾帶的能力強，分離效率可達96-99%，而且阻力降小。

We integrated the highlight of imported concentration equipment with that of the counterparts, based on the characteristics of the material, research and develop SJM type three-effect (double effect, single effect) falling-film continuous feeding concentrator.

The equipment feature is as follows:

1. Continuous feeding and discharge, stable and convenient operation. The only operation package of setting of different parameters at the beginning of feeding, assurance of reliable and stable feeding supply and easy regulation can certainly produce continuous, stable and efficient concentration, get qualified density and simultaneously recover solvent.

2. Large concentration density, (1.25-1.28), high heat efficiency and effective energy-saving fruit. To this system, we used optimum to leave a vaporization heat transmission coefficient of 3400-3800w(m2.k),which is very benefit to concentration of Chinese extraction liquid. The cause for it is that the material flows quickly with the form of film inside the acceleration pipe, and simultaneously, the temperature difference for heat is somewhat small, (just 8-10℃).The material can form quick flashing, the medicine liquid stays and be heated for short time; the adaptation scope of material viscidity is wide, (50-500cp); the even heating excludes crystallization, and then to deposition and even coke. So it features little destroy to effective element, full utilization of heat energy and fruitful energy-saving.

3. Convenient to employment of advanced control mode. The temperature index for series SJM concentration flow is mainly subject to the temperature of each of effect. Each of parameter keeps stable during system performance, which benefits the utilization of advance control unit featuring (PLC and man-machine interface control) and leaves the lower cost of control equipment, makes the production of Chinese drug by automatic control great convenience.

4. Advanced and reasonable structure. We used optimum design scheme. Advanced distribution device is responsible for liquid distribution during feeding and flow inside the pipe to make the material able to enter heating tube evenly. Simultaneously, the heating tube, made by qualified and imported inner-wall mirror tube, can reduce the flow resistance to the material inside the tube, increase the flow speed, and prevent crystallization and deposition. To lift concentration efficiency, the advanced mist collector can eliminate mist. The separation efficiency can be of 96-99%, with low resistance.
