本設(shè)備適用于中藥、口服液、食品、保健品、化工等行業(yè)的酒精沉淀，酒精沉淀罐系醇沉（亦稱換溶或醇桿）舊工藝新開發(fā)的專用設(shè)備。主要用于中藥水煎液經(jīng)濃縮后的溶液進行冷凍或常溫酒精沉淀的操作，也可用于中藥醇提后，對濃縮液進行水沉的操作。

本設(shè)備是由附夾套的橢圓封頭，錐形底的圓筒體，內(nèi)裝三葉式攪拌以及特殊的微調(diào)旋出液管等組裝而成，中藥水煎濃縮采用加入酒精配成一定醇度的液體，然后常溫，低溫冷凍沉降進行液固分離，以提高中藥提取液的純度及澄明度。本設(shè)備全部選用不銹鋼AISI304制造，配有高壓水自動噴淋清洗系統(tǒng)，夾套中可通低溫冷卻水，傳動部位采用機械密封、防爆電機確保生產(chǎn)過程，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標準，設(shè)備表面鏡面或亞光處理。

The device serves for alcohol deposition to traditional Chinese medicine, oral liquid, food, health product and chemical product etc. The deposition tank of alcohol is the special equipment newly developed in the alcohol deposition procedure.It is mainly used to the operation of freezing or alcohol deposition under normal temperature to the solution after the concentration of water frying liquid of traditional Chinese medicine, and can also be used to the operation of water deposition to the concentration solution after alcohol extraction of traditional Chinese medicine.

The equipment is composed of oval sealing head with jacket, cylinder barrel body with cone bottom, built-in three-impeller type mixer and liquid tube that is screwed out through special fine adjustment. For the water frying concentration of traditional Chinese medicine, first add alcohol to dispense into liquid with certain alcohol content, and carry out sedimentation after freezing under normal temperature and low temperature and separate the liquid and solid, to improve the purity and clarity of extraction liquid of traditional Chinese medicine. The equipment is completely made of AISI304 stainless steel, equipped with high pressure water automatic spraying and cleaning system. In the jacket, the low temperature cooling water can pass. The transmission part adopts mechanical sealing, and the anti-explosion motor guarantees that the production process safety is in accordance with GMP medicine standard. The surface of equipment adopts mirror polishing or semi-luster polishing.
