Full  name  of  CIP  system  is  cleaning  in place System,Chinese name is cleaning in place system.It is a system, in which,producing equipments (tanks,pipes and valves etc)and whole production line is cleaned and disinfected circularly in a closed loop without being dismantled or opened.It is applicable for cleaning of equipments and pipes in industries of dairy, beverages, alcohol, agricultural and sideline products.

CIP清洗系統(tǒng)由酸液罐、堿液罐、熱水罐、純水罐、回水罐、消毒水罐以及濃酸罐、濃堿罐和換熱器、進(jìn)程泵及相應(yīng)閥門管件組成 。可按工藝需求配置相應(yīng)罐，在一般場合只需使用酸 液 罐 、堿液罐、熱水罐三罐制的CIP系統(tǒng)就可滿足清洗要求。

我公司生產(chǎn)的 CIP系統(tǒng)具有安全、節(jié)能、高效、操作維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)。主要有：① 手動CIP站；

以上CIP的結(jié)構(gòu)方式有聯(lián)體和分體兩種方式；這兩種結(jié)構(gòu)的CIP的加熱方式各有四種加熱方式；板式加熱、列管加熱、盤管加熱、直通加熱，聯(lián)體的CIP系統(tǒng)有從一回路到三回路、罐容積從1T到5T的各種規(guī)格。分體式的CIP系統(tǒng)有從一回路到六回路、罐容積從1T到10T的各種規(guī)格

CIP cleaning  system I s  composed  of  acid  tanks, alkali  tanks, hot-water tanks,pure-water tanks,back-water tanks,disinfect-water tanks, thick-acid tanks, thick-alkali tanks, heat exchanger,pumps,peripheral valves and pipes.These tanks can be allocated according to technical requirements.Generally,the CIP system only comprising acid tanks,alkali tanks and hot-water tanks is sufficient for requirements of cleaning.

④Before materials compounding, the processing  system  carries out automatic CIP,which is more advanced,automated,reliable and safe.Therefore,data sampling and exchanging on whole production line can be realized for linkages each couple of equipments.

The structures of CIP can be divided into joint type and split type . The CIP systems of the two types,for each type,there are four types of heating: plate heating, lined pipe heating,coil-pipe heating, and through heating. The joint type of CIP system has specifications from one-loop to three-loop and tank volume from 1T to 5T.The split type of CIP system has specifications from one-loop to six-loop and tank volume from 1T to 10T.
