自主研制開發(fā)的最新產(chǎn)品，世界先進(jìn)、國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)。機(jī)械及液力的高速剪切攪拌是本設(shè)備成功的關(guān)鍵，轉(zhuǎn)子和定子的精密配合，確保了被加工物料每分鐘承受幾十萬次的剪切作用，攪拌裝置在立式容器上偏心安裝，能防止液體在攪拌器附件產(chǎn)生“圓柱狀回轉(zhuǎn)區(qū)”，可以產(chǎn)生與加擋板時相近似的攪拌效果。偏心攪拌使攪拌中心偏離容器中心，會使液流在各點所處壓力不同，因而，使液層間相對運動加強(qiáng)，增加液層間出湍動，使攪拌效果得到明顯的提高。幾種互換的定子頭、覆蓋了一個廣闊的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域，包括化妝品乳劑以及膠體等任何需要攪拌、均勻、粉碎、懸浮和溶解的過程。為了滿足不同的工藝要求，擴(kuò)大使用范圍，我們專門設(shè)計了三種不同類型的可換定子頭，他可拆卸、清洗、材質(zhì)均為不銹鋼，定子頭的大小隨電機(jī)功率的變化而變化。

Therefore, the relative movement between liquid layes is enhanced, the turbulent wide range of application, including the process of blending, homogenizing,, crushing, suspending and solving required in cosmetic emulsion and adhesive agent. To satisfy different technology requirem ents and expand its application range, we specially design three types of exchangeable stators, which are made of stainless steel and can be dismatled for cleaning. The size of stator will change according to power.
